Experts Mentoring Group & Affiliated Brands

Article 1 – Definitions

In these General Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

1. Experts Mentoring Group: the legal entity and/or trade name under which mentoring, coaching, training, education, and related services are offered.

2. Affiliated Brands: all brands, labels, programs, platforms, subsidiaries, and initiatives directly or indirectly associated with Experts Mentoring Group.

3. Client / Participant / Customer: any natural or legal person making use of the services or products.

4. Services: all forms of mentoring, coaching, consulting, training, events, online programs, memberships, and digital content.

5. Agreement: any agreement between Experts Mentoring Group and the Client.

6. Digital Products: e-books, online courses, video and audio content, templates, downloads, and online learning environments.

Article 2 – Applicability

1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and services provided by Experts Mentoring Group and its Affiliated Brands.

2. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

3. Any general terms and conditions of the Client are expressly excluded.

4. By purchasing or participating in any service, the Client agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.

Article 3 – Nature of Services (Best-Effort Obligation)

1. Experts Mentoring Group provides services based on a best-effort obligation, not an obligation to achieve specific results.

2. Results depend on the Client’s personal effort, experience, discipline, and external factors.

3. Coaching, mentoring, and educational services do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or tax advice.

4. The Client remains fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Article 4 – Formation of the Agreement

1. An Agreement is concluded when:

   • written confirmation is provided, or

   • the Client registers and completes payment online, or

   • the Client accepts an offer via email or digital platform.

2. Experts Mentoring Group reserves the right to refuse participation without stating reasons.

 

Promotional Rights & Disclaimer Clause

Article 5 – Promotional Notice & Disclaimer

Experts Mentoring Group T/A Liebar Group Holding Ltd (“EMG”) develops and owns the intellectual property rights to the workshops and educational programs presented in various European countries.

Certain workshops and live events are organized and hosted by independent third-party event organizers operating under separate legal entities in their respective jurisdictions.

Where an event is organized by a third party:

• EMG acts solely as content developer and/or speaker.

• The local organizer is exclusively responsible for event management, venue arrangements, ticket sales, pricing, invoicing, consumer contracts, cancellations, refunds, and compliance with local laws and regulations.

• All ticket purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective local organizer.

By clicking on a ticket link, you will be redirected to the website of the local organizer, who acts as the contractual seller of the tickets.

EMG shall not be liable for any claims, refunds, cancellations, postponements, venue changes, or other matters relating to ticket sales or event logistics managed by the local organizer.

Article 6 – Fees and Payment

1. All prices are exclusive of VAT or sales tax unless stated otherwise.

2. Payment must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Installment payments do not relieve the Client of the obligation to pay the full amount.

4. In case of late payment, access to services may be suspended.

5. All collection and recovery costs shall be borne by the Client.

Article 7 – Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

1. No right of withdrawal applies to business Clients.

2. Consumers may exercise a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, unless:

   • the Digital Product has been delivered immediately, or

   • the Service has already commenced.

3. Cancellation of coaching, mentoring, programs, or events does not entitle the Client to a refund unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Missed sessions are not rescheduled or refunded unless stated otherwise.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property Rights

1. All content, materials, methods, frameworks, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of Experts Mentoring Group.

2. The Client may not copy, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit any materials without prior written consent.

3. Recordings, training materials, and proprietary methodologies are strictly protected.

Article 9 – Confidentiality

1. Both parties are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding all confidential information.

2. Clients may not disclose information about other participants.

3. This confidentiality obligation remains in effect after termination of the Agreement.

Article 10 – Liability

1. Experts Mentoring Group shall not be liable for:

   • indirect or consequential damages

   • loss of profit or revenue

   • business interruption

   • emotional or psychological damage

2. Any liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the relevant service.

3. The use of advice, insights, and strategies is entirely at the Client’s own risk.

Article 11 – Conduct and Participation

1. Respectful and professional behavior is required at all times.

2. In case of inappropriate or disruptive conduct, access may be terminated immediately without refund.

3. Experts Mentoring Group reserves the right to remove participants from programs, communities, or events.

Article 12 – Force Majeure

1. In cases of force majeure (including illness, pandemics, technical failures, government measures), Experts Mentoring Group may suspend, modify, or reschedule services.

2. No compensation or damages may be claimed as a result of force majeure.

Article 13 – Privacy and Data Protection

1. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR/AVG).

2. Data is used solely for the execution of the Agreement.

3. Further details are outlined in the separate Privacy Policy.

Article 14 – Amendments to the Terms

1. Experts Mentoring Group reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions.

2. The most recent version shall always prevail.

3. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Article 15 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. All Agreements are governed by Dutch law, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court.

Final Provision

If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
